Meditative Fitness Programs

Meditative Fitness Programs is a subsidiary of The WHAI.LLC (The Wellness & Healing Arts Institute). It is conducted as a “members only” educational holistic fitness association that provides its members with various proprietary educational health and fitness programs. All of its programs or classes are conducted during three to four month trimesters, annually. Each class is designed to progressively teach and empower members to heal themselves, by providing them with the necessary support, tools, and knowledge needed to take responsibility for their state of health and life conditions.

There are six main proprietary Meditative Fitness Programs:

 

  • Introduction to Meditative Fitness (‘MedFit’)
  • Calm-Qi-Gong
  • Sunrise Meditation
  • Mindful Meditation
  • YoQi-Flow
  • Lymph-Be-Clean

 

Each program is specially designed to target and correct particular health issues by skillfully combining certain forms, methodologies, and philosophies taken from one or more of the following ancient energy practices: Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Meditation. As a result, members not only learn how to strengthen and harmonize their “physical self,” but more importantly, their “essential self,” which is comprised of: mind, breath, divine energy (life energy), meridians, and chakras. By effectively teaching members how to restore balance in these essential constituents of health and life, they activate their inherent healing powers and full mind potential. Thus, they become the master’s of their overall health and life condition, resulting in—enhanced and lasting—physical, spiritual, and emotional health and well-being.
